摘要: Objective To analyze the impact of big medical data on medical record data formation model. Methods Literature review was conducted to study the formation status of the data the pharmacoeconomic evaluation needed in hospital medical records, and to explore the impact of big medical data on the data, needed in pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Results and Conclusion Big medical data can help to achieve the collection and measurement of intangible costs and indirect costs, realize information resource sharing, weaken the relationship between the accuracy of the data and the accuracy of the evaluation results, and to improve patients’ compliance. It is expected that big medical data can help to reform the formation model of hospital medical record data and to create more data the pharmacoeconomic evaluation or relevant research needed.
