摘要: Objective To provide suggestions for perfecting the incentive mechanism for pharmaceutical university staff. Methods Three incentive mechanisms of for pharmaceutical university staff in China were studied comparatively. Results and Conclusion The reform direction of incentive mechanism for pharmaceutical university staff is to learn from the merits of contract spirit in “Sir/ Madam” incentive mechanism and the contribution efficiency in “Instructor” incentive mechanism, meanwhile to avoid the negative effects of “radical” mechanism for university staff.
