摘要: Objective To analyze the necessity of patent risk early warning mechanism in pharmaceutical universities, and to put forward some suggestions for making patent map for early warning. Methods Classification and function of patent map were analyzed to show that patent map played a vital role in information service for drug research and development of pharmaceutical universities. Results and Conclusion It is suggested pharmaceutical universities should improve their patent map mechanism to provide patent early warning for science research departments.
