Research on Undergraduate Talent Cultivation in Pharmacy Based on Social Demands

Abstract: Objective To explore ways to cultivate talents in higher pharmacy education. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze social demands for high quality pharmacy talents and current status of undergraduate cultivation in pharmacy. Results and Conclusion The cultivation of undergraduates in pharmacy should focus on five aspects: strengthening students’ EQ education, career planning education, moral education, competence education and upgrading their knowledge and skills constantly.
