摘要： Objective To explore the measures for the culture construction of pharmaceutical enterprises in China and to improve the competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises. Methods A literature review was used to study the culture construction of pharmaceutical enterprises. Results and Conclusion There are still some problems in the culture construction of pharmaceutical enterprises. To solve these problems will accelerate the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.
