Regulatory Reform and Enlightenment on Pharmaceutical Package Materials Feng Huijuan, Tian Lijuan 2018 (2):  39-44.  摘要 ( 320 )   PDF(448KB) ( 313 )   Objective To study the process and trend of regulatory mode for pharmaceutical package materials so as to put forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of this industry. Methods Main changes of the regulatory reform of pharmaceutical package materials in China were analyzed to provide the regulatory mode for pharmaceutical package industry in the future. Results and Conclusion With the marketing authorization holder (hereafter referred to as MAH) of pharmacy as the main body, the regulation of pharmaceutical package materials will change from registration only to the comprehensive regulatory mode of MAH, authorities and the third party taking part in, which will help package material manufacturers continuously improve the level of quality management, enhance their innovation ability and improve the competitiveness in the international market. 相关文章 | 计量指标

Analysis of Enterprise Performance Based on Inheritance and Innovation Dong Xinyue, Feng Chong, Yuan Hongmei 2018 (2):  45-55.  摘要 ( 390 )   PDF(792KB) ( 289 )   Objective To make innovation on the basis of inheritance of Chinese traditional culture. Methods Social network analysis model, systematic cluster analysis model and negative binomial regression model were used to study the influence of inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicines on enterprise performance from the quantitative point of view with processing the data by entropy method and TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model. Results and Conclusion This research will provide references for Chinese medicine enterprises, which will help them to understand that their own technological innovation capability and inheritance ability will influence enterprise performance. Investigation on the Development Status of Drug Circulation in the “TwoInvoice System” in China Sang Di, Tian Lijuan 2018 (2):  56-63.  摘要 ( 395 )   PDF(455KB) ( 273 )   Objective To put forward some suggestions for the development of drug circulation enterprises in the background of “two-invoice system” in China. Methods Investigation and literature review were used to analyze the status： problems and countermeasures of drug circulation in the “two-invoice system” in China. Results and Conclusion The “two-invoice system” reform has played a role in streamlining and standardizing the drug circulation market. However, there is no direct evidence to prove that it will help reduce the drug price. Current problems associated with the “two-invoice system” include the variation of policies in different provinces, which increases production cost and has difficulties in drug distribution to cover all circulation areas. Therefore, enterprises vulnerable to greater impact may consider different forms of transformation development. For example, those reorganized by large drug wholesale enterprises may transform into regional circulation centers, to develop third-party pharmaceutical logistics, to explore academic promotion and extended services, etc. In the meantime, the government shall adopt the multi-pronged approach to ensure the sound development of drug circulation industry in China. 相关文章 | 计量指标
